Owen brings over 30 years of experience to Mul-T-Security and has extensive knowledge in all areas of security. He has worked in 3 states of Australia - NSW, Queensland and Victoria and enjoys the challenging and ever changing nature of the security industry. He has a thirst for helping and supporting the local community, hence his involvement with the Chamber of Commerce, The Penrith City Centre Association and links to various charitable organisations such as Foundation 5 Dollars.

Berni has been working for Mul-T-Security for over 10 years and has worked in all facets of the business. Prior to coming to Mul-T-Security Berni began her career as an apprentice locksmith. Her journey has taken her to all parts of Australia including Western Australia. She enjoys looking after the operations side of the business and with her attention to detail and can do attitude customers are well looked after.

Shannon joined Mul-T-Security early on in his career and over the last 10 years has grown with the business, where now he maintains a dual role of Lead Technician and Head Trainer. Shannon's capabilities extend across all areas of the business, from complex master key systems to multi site security systems. He enjoys the role of training, improving and overseeing the education and advancement of the younger members of the team.

Jessica's role ensures that all customers jobs are completed on time and to the customers satisfaction. She enjoys the complex and fast paced nature of the role that is always changing. With her cool head, attention to detail and planning ability, Jessica creates a stress free environment that makes working in the team both rewarding and enjoyable.

Justin has been a locksmith for over 5 years and on joining the team brought with him knowledge that enhances the performance of the business. His job role entails running the outlet shop and teaching apprentices new locksmithing skills.

Katrina joined our team for her creative flare. She has moved into accounts where her caring nature has resulted in building close relationships with clients. Her ability to use the internet is exceptional and as a result helps with company research.

Shannon has a passion for IT and all things technical. Shannon's prowess in the areas of programming allows for many of the systems within the business to be automated, so more time can be committed to face to face contact with the customer. Shannon continuely supports the drive of the business to be completely mobile, so as to be able to assist customers anywhere, anytime with the utmost efficiency.

Kate always has a fresh perspective and brings new ways to look at ideas. With her extensive knowledge of design Kate effortlessly takes the complex nature of security and transforms it into simple formats that customers find easy to understand. Whether it be in print format or online Kate has got it covered and is always at the ready to design, develop and deliver new campaigns as they arise.
